“Daisy, here’s a challenge for you. Can you explain what ANKEN does in one minute?” I was already scribbling down the answer before David finished asking the question.

“ANKEN builds success on caring for people and their environment.” The words rushed out as if I were crossing the finish line.

“Daisy, you’re a shark.” Remarked David.

That was the moment we captured 15 years of ANKEN’s success in one line.

“Care” isn’t a word commonly associated with property development, yet it’s precisely this uncommon approach that drives the organic growth of a portfolio that scaled from a single floor to over 13 full-scale properties in the heart of Shanghai. Naturally, the branding exercise began with synthesising the brand DNA.
